Machine to cut cubes of fresh meat for pre-salting before mincing from a whole raw material put in a large volume cutting chamber.
The content of the chamber is pushed through a tool with two alternative cuttings and a rotating blade. This machine has a 3D cutting system.
The TRI01 is integrated at the end of the cutting table: The boners can store the boneless pieces on the machine platform. The integrated weighing system allows you to know the mass of meat stored before cubing.
The TRI01 Supreme Hydraulic Slicer is an industrial tool for pork butchers and salting workers, allowing to cut 90kg of meat / min into a 40mm section cubes (more than 5 tonnes / hour).
