ESA01 semi-automatic skewering machine for gun-shaped skewers

The gun-shaped skewer is in fashion, it gives exotism to our plates. After developping a machine to produce home-made looking kebabs on gun-shaped skewers, TRADITION for GS skewers, EMSENS decided to offer its customers the possibility to produce square kebabs on that kind of skewers and to adapt one of its best sold machine : the ESA01.The configuration of this machine was not allowing to use that kind of skewers, EMSENS technical departement worked on the project and designed a new meat container with a specific lid and a pre-drilling device for a manual introduction of the skewers. It is then easy and cheap to adapt an existing ESA or ESA01.

It is also possible to adapt the existing machines  EABS, EABK et EAB01 to use  these gun-shaped skewers.
