DESCRIPTION:
EMSENS designed a machine to put an elastic net automatically around food products.
The innovation is that the net is pre-cut according to a defined length and before being put around the product.
The cycle of this machine is completely automatic. The net used could be stored on bobbin or in bulk. With the MF01, the operator put manually the product into the machine before starting the automatic cycle.

ADVANTAGES:
This machine is totally independent and flexible as the product’ size can differ.
The length net setting is easily made through the screen touch. No need to set the machine mechanically.
Possibility to adapt the material according to the specific needs of the client.
Easy to clean thanks to the design made according to agri-food requirements (EHEDG member)
A screen touch allows a better communication between the operator and the machine with an intuitive interface equipped with a troubleshooting.

ELS01

DESCRIPTION :
Automatic machine including mould pressing for the production of square and rectangular kebabs.
Skewering and cutting are automatic.
Joining an automatic skewer loader KAP optimizes the productivity and reduces the labor force.
The productivity optimisation is always due to good organization of the production line.

ADVANTAGES :
Thanks to its conception, the ELS01 machine can be ordered with a wide range of skewer sections from 10 to 34 mm, allowing the production of Satay, Arrosticini and other kebabs.
Easy to clean taking into account the food industry constraints.
Working station to optimize the movements and moving of the operators.
A touch screen makes the communication easier between the operator and the machine. The screen includes a self-diagnostic system displaying a picture of the faulty component for example
