DESCRIPTION :
Semi-automatic machine for the production of square or rectangular kebabs.
Manual introduction of the skewers into the skewer tube assembly. Automatic skewering.
Cutting is manual with a specific knife.

31mm section kebab   Ingredient length : 180mm   Weight : 170g aprox.
TECHNICAL FEATURES :
Productivity : about 40kg/h per person with one skewer tube assembly and one mould.
2 to 3 people can produce up to 200 kg / hour with several skewer tube assemblies and moulds.
