Machine designed to dice bacon stripes out of bacon pieces at a temperature of about -12°C (±5°C according to the concentration in salt).
The loading capacity of the machine is 700 x 300 x 120 mm, the machine accepts out of shape bacon pieces.
The bacon piece is pressed to get a 210 mm wide block, it is then pushed through a bi-dimensional cutting disk to produce bacon stripes from 4 mm to 11 mm of section according to the tools used.
This machine also allows the production of stamps (20 mm x 2 mm for example).

The cylinder is loaded automatically (stock of cylinders), it is maintained and pushed through a device equipped with 2 alternative cuttings and then through a bi-dimensional cutting disk to produce stripes from 4 to 11 mm of section.

DESCRIPTION
Machine designed to cut cubes and stripes of ham (pork and turkey) from a raw block introduced into a rectangular cutting chamber.
The over-one-meter long meat block is pushed through a device equipped with 2 alternative cuttings and a rotative cutting. This machine offers a 3-dimensions cutting for fragile products.
The loading of the block is done automatically. This machine can be integrated into a line and can be loaded by conveyors with no staff.

DESCRIPTION
This machine allows to produce « lardons » (bacon stripes), fingers, and cubes in salted meat blocks (cooked ham, reconstituted cooked meats, salami….) with high productivities and 3D cutting.
The meat piece is introduced into a pre-chamber before being transferred to the cutting chamber.
The piece is maintained to fit the dimensions of the cutting chamber and is then pushed against one or several cuttings tools.
Once cubed, the product is coming out of the machine.
