Machine designed to dice bacon stripes out of bacon pieces at a temperature of about -12°C (±5°C according to the concentration in salt).
The loading capacity of the machine is 700 x 300 x 120mm, the machine accepts out of shape bacon pieces.
The bacon piece is pressed to get a 210 mm wide block, it is then pushed through a bi-dimensional cutting disk to produce bacon stripes from 4 mm to 11 mm of section according to the tools used.
This machine also allows the production of stamps (20 mm x 2 mm for example).

This machine allows the individual knotting of bowels with a string made with cotton or/and cotton-polyester after stuffing.
The knot is a capstan type knot.
The knotting can be:

  • Single knot with short bind and long bind
  • Single knot with 2 short binds
  • Tying with loop (loop length from 8 to 15 cm)
  • Sausage / salami tying by pair (bind length from 25 to 40 cm)

DESCRIPTION: 
Machine composed of a rotating plate on which are placed 6 removable molds with 4 to 6 shapes. Many ingredients can be used such as meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and other processed products. The ingredients are prepared, potentially cut and then manually positioned in a tailored shape.
With each rotation of 60 ° of the tray, the machine engages the skewers of a mold, while the operators fill the others.

The shape study is personalized: it is specific to your product / machine.

DESCRIPTION:
EMSENS designed a machine to put an elastic net automatically around food products.
The innovation is that the net is pre-cut according to a defined length and before being put around the product.
The cycle of this machine is completely automatic. The net used could be stored on bobbin or in bulk. With the MF01, the operator put manually the product into the machine before starting the automatic cycle.
