Chicken Tying Machine

Machine designed to tie automatically whole chickens with removed hocks at the larsus joint.

Cycle time : about 800 cycles / hour

Electro-penumatic running

2-steps tying process :
- the elastic string is cut to length and formed into a loop
- the loop is automatically applied to the chicken

Automatic ejection system at the rear of the machine.

Operator interface / touch screen.
